Eggplant Egg ( Beaten )

Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Cooking Oil Tomato

Mozzarella Cheese Tomato Sauce


Cooking Procedure:

Eggplant sliced thin dipped in beaten egg, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs
Fry in oil
Lay in a pan with tomatoes and grated mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce
Bake in the oven
